Accented Blooms stamp set stamped in Whisper White Craft Ink and colored using Watercolor Pencils. I really enjoyed designing this card and coloring all the flowers. I colored for maximum saturation so that the colors would be really bright. I love the colors provided in the new Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels too!
