Coastal Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder

This card makes a quick nearly monochrome look with plenty of texture and design. You can simply ink up one side of the embossing folder with Coastal Cabana Ink, and then run it through the Big Shot for a beautiful result. This card will be offered for Stamp A Stack which is coming up in April. I did remove ink from the centers of the roses so they'd remain white.

Country Floral Blends Birthday Sale-A-Bration Card

While I used both colors of the Petal Pink Blends, I only used one shade of the other colors I used. I did layer the Flirty Flamingo onto the edges of the petals and the centers of the petals though. Calypso color is a like a dark version of Petal Pink to me, so I used it for the ribbon and carried the color through to the dahlia-looking embossed flowers. When you give someone this Birthday card, you essentially give them a bouquet of flowers too!

More Monday Humming Along Stampin' Up! Card

For this More Monday card I kept the general layout of yesterday's Simple Sunday card, but I added the new Country Floral Embossing Folder and the new Story Label Punch. I also used the framelits to cut out the hibiscus and hummingbird as well as using more colors of Blends. I think this card is so warm and happy, and it reminds me of summer. It is 64 F today, but it is supposed to get cold again tomorrow....brrr....

Simple Sunday #simplestamping Humming Along One layer card

How is this Simple Stamping, you may ask? This card uses one stamp set, one inkpad and 4 Blends markers for a vibrant, happy look.

In my opinion, this is a great starter set. It has 3 wonderfully useful sentiments. (Birthday, Thank You and Feel Better Soon) The main images can be used separately or together for a lot of versatility, and during Sale-A-Bration through March 31, you can receive a Sale-A-Bration reward with this purchase of only $51.75 before tax and shipping!

On this card, I used the Dark Pineapple Blends marker as a highlighter on both the Light Cherry Cobbler edges of the hibiscus and on certain portions of the Granny Apple Green wings and feathers of the hummingbird.

Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper My Inky Friends Design Challenge #15. MIFDC15

Today, My Inky Friends have a design challenge for you using Bermuda Bay, Old Olive and Pool Party. It was inspired by page 37 of the 2019 Occasions Catalog. I enjoyed coloring the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper using the Blends alcohol markers for these colors. It was limiting, and while I was coloring I was really wishing for Daffodil Delight or Pineapple Punch, but I LOVE the result.

For this card, I used the Rectangle Stitched Framelits to create depth within the card. I fussy cut the butterfly that I chose to make Old Olive from the designer series paper.

I colored a slightly larger piece of paper than I needed to allow me to cut it to size.

This card was simply mounted on the Bermuda Bay base with Blends colored rhinestones and the Bermuda Bay striped ribbon.

The Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper is a Sale-A-Bration $50 purchase reward. One side of each piece of paper is just black and white. The other side has a pretty soft pastel shade, and some designs are full color butterflies with a colorful background!
