Today, My Inky Friends have a design challenge for you using Bermuda Bay, Old Olive and Pool Party. It was inspired by page 37 of the 2019 Occasions Catalog. I enjoyed coloring the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper using the Blends alcohol markers for these colors. It was limiting, and while I was coloring I was really wishing for Daffodil Delight or Pineapple Punch, but I LOVE the result.

For this card, I used the Rectangle Stitched Framelits to create depth within the card. I fussy cut the butterfly that I chose to make Old Olive from the designer series paper.
I colored a slightly larger piece of paper than I needed to allow me to cut it to size.
This card was simply mounted on the Bermuda Bay base with Blends colored rhinestones and the Bermuda Bay striped ribbon.
The Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper is a Sale-A-Bration $50 purchase reward. One side of each piece of paper is just black and white. The other side has a pretty soft pastel shade, and some designs are full color butterflies with a colorful background!
