I recently offered this mystery stamping at our Team Meeting via Zoom. It creates very good instructions for creating the card as well! I hope you may enjoy creating it.
I used the pretty blue rose pattern from the Flower & Field Designer Series Paper for the images on this card, but I've also used this design with the Hydrangea suite and loved the look.
Mystery Stamping Guide
- Pick any designer series paper and 2 matching cardstocks. Have either Basic White or Very Vanilla available too.
- Choose a stamp set to decorate the front of the card or use any sketch that fits in a 3-3/4 X 3-3/4 (3.75) inch square.
- Have a cutter, a ribbon, and a sentiment (with a punch or die if desired) all available. Your die cut machine may be helpful too. If you have the Classic Label Punch, have it handy.
- Cut main color Cardstock to 4-1/4 X 11. Score at 4-1/4 and 5-1/2. We'll make the cuts to the other cardstock and dsp together.
- Cut a piece of the contrasting cardstock to 4 X 4 inches square. Cut a piece of dsp to 3-3/4 inches square.
- Cut a piece of the contrasting cardstock to 4 X 1 inch. Cut a piece of dsp to 3-3/4 inches by ¾ inch.
- Take a notch out of the top and bottom of the 1-1/4 inch wide portion so your ribbon will settle in nicely.
- Finish card.
