This Belated Birthday card was a lot of fun to make. I started with the Stampin' Addicts Color Challenge #33 and Sketch Challenge #30, and there wasn't much else to consider. I did add the Chocolate Chip though. Rhonda, this card is so cute! Very simple, but perfect. I still don't have that stamp set, but I'm beginning to waver. You just might tip me over the edge!
