This 11 minute video explains how to make the card below using the True Love Designer Series Paper and the Floral Heart Dies.
It is quick and easy to add a sweet heart in the center of this black floral edged heart die cut. I used Rococo Rose Cardstock, and the flowers were cut with the Love you Always Foil Sheets in Rococo Rose and Blushing Bride for shiny detail. I like the bling-y Blushing Bride Metallic Ribbon with it as well.
