For this card I used a variation of a double flip fold card (Joy Fold) by making the mini card (fold is on the right) even smaller than normal and letting the image layer (oval) be the main focus.

Measurements for this card are just a regular 8-1/2 inch long by 4-1/4 inch wide cardstock scored at 5-1/2 to make the card into a 4-1/4 by 5-1/2 inch card.
After the layered piece of patterned papers were added (4 X 5-1/4 on the inside layer and 4 X 2-1/2 on the outer/top layer), the small card layer was centered in the middle of the inside of the card.
The small card-like fold over is 5-1/2" by 2-1/2" and scored at 2-3/4 inches. The oval is attached to the edge of the card with dimensionals.
The open versions below the top/close version show you how the card is made-simple but fun!
