Beauty of Friendship Beauty of the Earth Watercolored or dsp card

This card could be made with designer series paper or with Watercolor paper, and is simple but striking with the gorgeous Beauty of the Earth papers.

Colors used for the watercolor are Cajun Craze, Merry Merlot, Mossy Meadow and Cinnamon Cider.

We'll make this card at class locally this week, but it will be part of a die cut class soon too!

In the Wild Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper Focus Video

It was easy to add a little shine to these cards with various Gilded and In Color Bling. It really highlighted the animal patterns.

 

The foliage patterns also have matching colors which also gets your attention.

I like how this card looks like a cheetah garden.

Flowers of Friendship Stampin' Up! Stamp Set Card Video

The Flower of Friendship set has some great Thank You sentiments and some pretty floral designs that are very versatile in your crafting.  

I used the marker to stamp technique for this card which uses the Stampin' Write Water based markers to color onto the outline of the stamp. Then I added color using the Wink of Stella glitter pen and our waterbased ink pads. It is a great way to keep the color fresh and light since you don't need to use black ink this way. Real Red and Soft Seafoam make a striking color combination and the Ruffled Real Red ribbon from the Holiday 2021 catalog definitely catches your eye.

For this card, I used a 3X 6 inch piece of Basic White cardstock scored at 3 inches. This creates a little 3X3 card you can tuck in with a gift or just put it on someone's desk. 3X3 cards are too small to mail but are so adorable! This card uses Fresh Freesia light and dark Blends and a small snippet of the Freesia Gingham from the Pansy paper pack and some IN Color iridescent jewels. Quick and Cute!

This card is Fresh Freesia as well. It is stamped in Black Memento ink again and was colored witih Fresh Freesia and Soft Seafoam Blends alcohol markers. The In Color ribbon and scalloped detail on the die add a ton of interest.

Give it a Whirl Dies and Cute Halloween Card and Life Is Cards Video

These little Halloween Cuties will need a little more embellishment and stamping before we make them for a class, but I love this look with the Give it a Whirl Dies!

I colored the kitty by stamping with the Basic Gray Ink pad and used the Light Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blend marker to remove the grey on the cat's ears.

Highland Heather for the ghost, sentiment and ribbon sparked up the Halloween look.

For this card I wanted to use several stamp sets to answer the Fill In The Blank question, "Life Is...." made with the Playful Alphabet.

First I used the Measure of Love set to create a bowl of cherries.

Then, I made a Peachy peach with the Sweet as a Peach Stamp Set by omitting the Have a (peachy) day portion of that sentiment with my marker.

Then I left out the LIFE IS portion of the Flowers of Friendship stamp set's sentiment to create the "Better with Friends Like You" answer.

Sweet as a Peach Stamp and Die Bundle Video

This stamped cluster of peaches has sweet loopy details and rhinestone accents.

I used a Notecard from the Hand-Penned Suite and added some coral dots under the Basic Border scallop to make a Pool Party colored design.

This card combines with many papers from the You're A Peach Designer Series Paper.
