Some cute and peppy little skeletons make a fun Congratulations card at this time of year! I think this paper made it is easy to make cute cards without the matching stamp set/bundle which is my goal always with the Paper Focus Videos.
With the addition of the Happy Halloween sentiment, I think the Happy Dance sentiment just adds to the fun.
This little guy is just waving and happy. I love how fun and different this paper is!

I love this 3 D box/bag! The top can be left as is or can have this zig zag edge added. The Glow in the Dark Paper looks so fun for the "Boo" die cut and ghost. Easy Peasy with some match ribbon, paper and bling. The Soft Seafoam makes an eerie base.
Frank, The Count and A Spooky House are fun and simple on this card! I've used such soft unusual colors that I think I will have to play with this bundle again using brights, but I like how unusual and still Halloween-y the light versions of our typical Halloween color palette are!
This time I added Fresh Freesia and Petal Pink (Peach) to complete the look.
Petal Pink with some Glow in the Dark Bats and Ghosts and some of the Them Bones Designer Series Paper for the "BOO".
