This video shows this surprisingly quick card with with Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper. When you love the colors of a card, it is easy to put the pieces together, I think. It makes a pretty card for mom or for a wedding/engagement.
For my Bunny Bash last Saturday, I gave my followers a Color Challenge. I made two examples myself as well. This 13 minute video shows the creation of this little lamb card.
These colors are perfect for Easter and go so nicely together especially with the subtles 6X6 designer series paper gingham pattern!
I stamped in StazOn on Petal Pink Cardstock-I had tried Memento Ink, but the Chalk marker smeared it a bit. Then I colored his nose with Basic Black and feet with Smoky Slate Stampin' Write markers. Next, I used the Stampin' Chalk Marker to color is wool in a fluffy way. I also colored his bow tie with white chalk marker so that it would pop when I colored it with Pool Party Stampin Write Marker. Easy and sweet!
The other Color Challenge card I made was this little chick which I blogged about Monday.
Then, I wanted to show that I used a Sketch Challenge for all these cards from the first Bunny Bash as shown here. Surprise! :D It is an easy sketch that can be embellished in a ton of different ways.
