I hope everyone enjoys the new Confetti Celebration stamp set as well as I have. I used Daffodil Delight and Whisper White with three of the new 2016-2018 In Colors, Emerald Envy, Dapper Denim and Flirty Flamingo. The new confetti and banner punches made designing the card very easy. Although Stampin' Up! recommends the star punch for the star, the Star Frame lit worked nicely for this card. We'll use the new foam strips for the shaker window, and we'll highlight the lights with Clear Wink of Stella.

Peekaboo New Catalog Survival Kit
I made these for my stamp club members. I saw some of these online and on Pinterest and tweaked them to my preferences. (For example, I think a band aid implying you will cut yourself on the catalog is a huge negative that I don't want to bring to mind!) Click the picture to read the sayings more easily.

Graduation Cap Gift Card Holder
This Maroon and Grey card has been mailed, so I can post it to my main blog now. I created the tassel using the ribbon fraying technique. I saved the interior of the Silver Satin Ribbon to create the cord part of the tassel which connects it to the hat. The sentiments came from the Celebrate Today and the Guy Greetings sets, and I used the retiring Washi Label Punch to hold the money, but the new Classic Label Punch will work beautifully when it arrives with the new catalog.

Zoo Babies 2016 Stampin' Addicts' Stampin' Up! Retiring Stamp Sets Blog Hop
Welcome to the Stampin' Addicts' Stampin' Up! 2016 Retiring Stamp Sets Blog Hop. Hopefully, we'll help you see some new projects with these favorites of ours. Should you get lost or want to chat about the hop, here is a link to the chat thread on the Stampin' Addicts website: Chat Thread
I chose to use the Zoo Babies Set because I think it is adorable for kid birthdays as well as baby cards. I will miss this set as well as the scalloped circle punches and....and... :)
I decided to mix it up and make a card for our friends who are going to Disney. I am going to ask the mom to give it to the kids on their Animal Kingdom day and put a little something inside it as a gift for them. I used the World Map background to add Africa as a base for the little Lion. The new punches are a different look with the sentiment from a new set as well.
I also made this little Alligator card for my husband. I think it makes a fun Anniversary card when used with the Happy Heart textured embossing folder. The pink also adds a bit more "love" to the heart on the alligator.
Finally, I used the stamps for their intended purpose...a baby card! I also used MOJO447, the MOJO Monday Sketch challenge as well as googlie eyes for a silly/fun look. I'm going to miss the Itty Bitty Banners, but I bet the new dies and punches will be just as useful in no time for me.
Now it is time to travel to Mickey's Paper Conversation Blog for the Choose Happiness set. Mickey's projects are so beautifully detailed; I know you'll love them!

Circle Easel You Got This Birthday MOJO445
I used the You Got This stamp set and the MOJO Monday Sketch #445 ( MOJO445 ) for the easel card for this month. I decided to use the Scalloped Circle Die since it is retiring, and we haven't made a circle easel yet. We'll make this card at class this Thursday, so save some strength to fussy cut this peony.....
