Fringe Shimmy Card

I've loved the cards everyone is making with the fringe scissors lately!  They look like a flapper's shimmy dress to me. :)

This card is ~very~ close to a card by Lee Conrey. I changed the color (from yellow to pink). I also just popped the entire cupcake on dimensionals so there'd be less to cut for my class. I put an extra flat piece of Melon Mambo behind the bottom fringe so that the white would be more hidden.
