Oh, friend this is SOOO simple! It is just a regular top fold sized card. 11 inches by 4-1/4 inches scored at 5-1/2. Then, I cut one inch off each side. Then the designer series paper side pieces are 3/4 inch by 5-1/4 inches of course. What remains in the middle is 2-1/4 inches wide so the patterned paper layer is 2 inches by 5-1/4 inches.
