Heart Flip Flop Card

This will be a card that we'll make next month at February Technique class.

I CASE'd the idea from a Halloween variation on the old Flip Flop card which uses the big shot (and changed it to Valentine's Day) for which the technique came from Jackie Topa. The card I saw was on Stampin' Addicts though: http://www.stampinaddicts.com/galler...ca&cat=950
