Stampin' Addicts Technique Challenge #63 Faux Alligator

This easy technique has been used so much for faux purses lately that it hasn't been used much on cards, so here is my little attempt:

1. Coat your cardstock that is to be given the alligator (crocodile) treatment thoroughly with Versamark by patting it onto the Versamark pad.

2. Cover the Versamark with clear embossing powder completely and shake off the excess.

3. Run a bamboo skewer (that's what I used) over the embossing powder in wavy lines in both directions.

4. Shake off the excess powder (which will be clumped up) and heat emboss.

5. Time to finish your card.
