Learn To Stamp Party June 1st 1:00 p.m. and Wildflower Meadow Card

Join me on June 1st at 1:00 p.m. for a FREE introduction to stamping party.  It would also be a great time to pick up your New 2013-1014 Stampin' Up! Catalog even if you already know how to stamp since I'll definitely be here.  (The catalog is free to you if you've placed an order with me in the past year. It is $5 and refundable if you place an order later.)

We'll talk about some stamping basics, make a card (similar to the one shown below, but this one takes too long) and have a snack.  You are welcome even if you've stamped before, and I haven't seen you for a while. I'll also have my retired stamps available if you want to shop...many with a new lower price.

For this card, I used the Round Array Stamp set and punch for the sentiment, Markers in Real Red, Pacific Point, Tempting Turquoise, Old Olive and Crushed Curry (It was a brighter yellow and matched the Daffodil Delight ribbon better.), and the Wildflower Meadow Background stamp.  I used both the Wildflower Meadow Embossing Folder and the Square Lattice Embossing Folder to add texture and depth. I only wish I'd stamped on Naturals Ivory instead of Whisper White--I think that would have created a cool natural look with the Linen Thread.
